The release of his debut EP in 2022 was hotly tipped by the likes of BBC 6 Music’s Lauren Laverne & Radio 1’s Jaguar, along with Future Artists’ Jack Saunders.

But it wasn’t until 2023 that he seriously began to turn some heads with his viral weapon, Ankerklause (Is The Feeling Only Strong?), which was crowned a Future Dance Track ID on BBC Radio 1 and amassed over a million streams.

Now, 2024 sees Sam’s new EP Do You Know Where The DJ’s Are Hanging landing via the legendary Young Marco‘s Safe Trip imprint. With continuous spins from the likes of  DJ Heartstring, Palms Trax, Courtesy, Masalo, Amaliah, Sam Alfred, Malugi, ABSOLUTE, Chloe Caillet & lots more, its no wonder Sam Girling is quickly becoming a key breakout name for 2025.
