Rubber Jaw are a three piece fringe music maker from Elmstead Market. Their sound comprises of lingering vocals, claustrophobic beats, weeping digital guitar effects and synthesised basses. With influences spanning from Art Rock to Art House, Rubber Jaw has culminated into a contemporary sound of the Essex/Suffolk border.
Legendary music mogul Alan McGee picked up the band's debut single 'Feeling Funny' to be his first release on new record label Creation23. The follow up track 'Freaking Out' further illustrates the trio's unique approach to the alternative scene and has gained them support slots with the likes of Peter Doherty and Tess Parks.
