Over the last two years Dublin six-piece THUMPER have been developing their sound and building an increasingly passionate fanbase. With a line up of two drummers and four guitarists, THUMPER’s maximalist wall of sound has long since set them apart from Irish contemporaries such as Just Mustard and Fontaines DC, while the release of their debut album Delusions of Grandeur in March 2022 saw critical acclaim from outlets as diverse as KEXP, The Line of Best Fit and the The Irish Times. Now with the wind truly in their sails, THUMPER embark on their largest tour yet – commanding huge festival stages (such as Reading & Leeds, Reeperbahn, and Iceland Airwaves), and pulverising headline club shows alike across Europe, UK and Ireland.
