Born in 2019 in Santiago as a monthly club night for 200 people, AEROBICA is currently one of the hottest parties in the Chilean and Latin American underground scenes.

The running event is widely known for putting the dancers first, its drive to create inclusive environments for women & the queer community, and continuously supporting other Latin American artists. This powerful combination of elements has led into a growing family of 2.000 dancers.

In addition to that, AEROBICA is also the name of the musical duo formed by its co-founders and hosts, Nico Castro and Pepo Fernández. These two key actors in Santiago’s nightlife connected magically in the form of DJ sets that are recognized for its high doses of energy, masterfully mixing genres like jackin’ house, disco, italo, rave and sentimental techno through forgotten classics and hard to find gems. The sum of these adds to unpredictable sessions known for having no inhibitions and no judgements whatsoever.

In 2021, their work in the studio showed its first results with the release of their debut EP on the New York label Homage, with a set of timeless dance songs that keep being played all over the world until today. This year, a second EP is finally set to be released, as well as some remixes and collaborations. All of this happening simultaneously while they keep adding dates to a touring schedule that has seen them already play in places like Brazil, US, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Peru.
